On Friday 22nd March 2019 we welcomed regional safety officer Martin Benson from GASCo to Bristol & Wessex Aeroplane Club for the yearly safety evening.
This years focus was on situational awareness, the use of threat and error management to prevent loss of control accidents, mid-air collisions and airspace infringements.
The event was a great success with 50 people attending the event, some winning prizes and all visitors going away with the latest copy of the CAA Skyway code and some informative GASCo safety leaflets.
