After you make a booking we may contact you by telephone and email. We do this to confirm that the details you have given us are correct.

We will keep your information whilst you are a current customer or subscriber with us and for a limited period thereafter, or as legally required.

All the personal data we hold about you will be processed by our staff in the UK. We may share your data where we have a legal obligation to do so. Please be aware that your information may be stored on a cloud-based system whose servers are located within the European Union
