Today we welcomed Stacey, a local resident, who recently celebrated his 100th birthday. With both our help and his friends help we arranged a special birthday surprise for Stacey with a light aircraft flight over Filton and the Clifton Suspension Bridge in our Cessna 172.
Stacey has a passion for aviation as he served in the RAF during World War II and after being demobbed worked in the aerospace industry at Filton for 57 years. Make sure to tune in to BBC Points West this evening at 6:30pm and local BBC Radio for the full story.
